Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Washington, DC for an iSucceed Youth Program Coordinator. The Youth Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating youth activities, and ensuring effective youth development through structured activities. The role includes overseeing daily operations, planning and executing events, and serving as the primary point of contact for youth participants and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience in Youth Programs and Youth Development
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Program Management
• Experience with Youth Mentoring
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for working with youth and making a positive impact
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field is preferred
