Position Summary
Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, the IS Data and Systems Analyst is responsible for the proper functioning and management of assigned applications and/or tools across RISE Partnership. Main responsibilities will include installing, updating, and maintaining applications including Asana, Active Campaign, and MS CoPilot . The IS Data and Systems Analyst will troubleshoot concerns, provide technical support, identify trends in software usage and recommend solutions for software and workflows improvement. The ideal candidate will maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical users.
Essential Functions
- Administer, configure, and maintain assigned applications and services to include Asana, Active Campaign and AI tools.
- Manage application access, workflows, permissions, and security settings.
- Design, develop, and optimize workflows collaboratively with program teams to meet operational needs.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, report, and implement solutions for issues related to applications.
- Ensure applicable governance policies and best practices are followed.
- Integrate owned applications with other tools and applications such as Power Automate, Teams, Salesforce, etc.
- Provide desk-side and remote support for employees experiencing application-related issues.
- Assist users with best practices, navigation, and site organization.
- Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions to educate employees on application features, collaboration tools, and best practices.
- Create user-friendly guides, video tutorials, and knowledge base articles to support adoption.
- Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and develop solutions leveraging application features.
- Foster a culture based on collaboration and accountability
- Establish and review system, application and user security controls while enforcing regulatory compliance standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including installation and configuration procedures, troubleshooting guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Perform other relevant duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Ability to learn new applications and features quickly
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose technical issues.
- Experience providing end-user training and support
- Ability to create training materials, user guides, and documentation
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Competent with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project)
- Demonstrated commitment to leading on equity and inclusion
- Ability to perform in fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environments

Experience
- Previous experience administering and supporting applications in an enterprise environment.
- Prior experience or deep familiarity with Asana and/or Active Campaign.
- Previous experience training and/or assisting others with application navigation and functionality.
Working Conditions - Hybrid in or near Portland, OR (Flexible Work from Home Model)
- Requires occasional lifting and exertion for short periods
- Readiness to work occasional long hours, weekends
- Able to travel between worksites and/or meeting locations within the state
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is not immediately responsible for supervising other staff members.
