Summary

IS Change Management Manager

REMOTE with occasional onsite travel, but MUST BE within 2.5 hours driving distance of South Bend, Indiana. We are also accepting candidates who are willing to relocate.



The IS Change Management Manager plays a critical role in leading communication and change strategies that support the successful implementation of the Health System’s multi-year Information Services (IS) transformation. This role partners closely with executive leadership to develop messaging and materials that promote the mission, values, and digital vision of the organization—ensuring internal and external audiences are engaged, informed, and prepared for change

Key Responsibilitie

  • s:Strategic Communication & EngagementDevelop and execute strategic internal and external communication plans to support IS transformation initiatives across Health System
  • s.Craft clear, compelling content to communicate the purpose, benefits, and impacts of IS programs—tailored for staff, leadership, clinicians, and external stakeholder
  • s.Lead the creation of executive-level presentations, talking points, and briefings that align with organizational mission and strategic goal
  • s.Change Management LeadershipBuild and manage change management strategies for large-scale IS implementations (e.g., EHR, ERP, infrastructure
  • ).Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness planning to identify and manage resistanc
  • e.Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure successful change adoption and user engagement across department
  • s.Executive Communication & SupportServe as a trusted advisor to IS and health system executives on matters related to change messaging, strategy, and stakeholder positionin
  • g.Prepare executive summaries, board-level updates, and leadership toolkits to support strategic communication rollout
  • s.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with HR, Clinical Informatics, Training, and Organizational Development to ensure cohesive change and communication effort
  • s.Work closely with marketing and public relations to align external messaging and brand voic
  • e.Lead internal workgroups or task forces focused on change adoption, communication, or engagemen
  • t.Measurement & Continuous ImprovementDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of change and communication strategie
  • s.Gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users to refine engagement and communication approache
  • s.Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on adoption progress, engagement levels, and identified risk

  • .).5–7+ years of experience in change management, organizational communications, or strategic engagement in a healthcare IT environm
