Troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions. Work outdoors in different weather conditions. Keep tools, vehicles, and equipment in top shape. Use tablet based software to log jobs. Provide friendly, professional customer service. Educate customers on system upgrades and enhancements that improve efficiency and their overall experience.
