Job Description
The Nokia NI business group is currently in search of a skilled professional in IP training and certification to enhance our IP networks learning program. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in the delivery of IP and NSP classes which cover course content and labs. This role requires the delivery of content to a diverse audience, comprising customers, partners, and Nokia employees, through both virtual and in-person interactions.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Traveling and delivering classes face-to-face
- Delivering classes in virtual environments
- Managing classes of students (customers, partners, internals)
- Supporting/configuring test bed configurations to customize them for tailored deliveries
- Contributing to update learning materials
- Reviewing the content material and providing feedback to the content developers
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software or related technology discipline or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in working with IP and/or Optical networks
- Experience in working with other business units such as IT, corporate security and 3rdparty vendors such as HP
- Fluency in English and French. Both written and verbal, are required.
- Experience educating professionals or a background in instructional design and courseware development is require
- Nokia Service Routing Certification (NRS-II/ SRA), Cisco Certification (CCIE Routing & Switching or Service Provider), and/or Juniper Certification (JNCIP/JNCIE), or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the IPN technical support, R&D, PLM, NPI, Professional Services or equivalent role.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Relevant work experience with a telecommunications equipment vendor or service provider is an asset.
- Proficiency in German is considered a plus. Candidates with additional language skills will be viewed favorably.
