Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer for our new office in Morbio, Canton Ticino, to join our Agile Product Usage team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our native iOS applications. Working closely with the UI/UX team, backend developers, and product managers, you will contribute to creating seamless and intuitive user experiences. Your expertise in Swift, Apple’s frameworks, and mobile development best practices will help drive our mission of providing cutting-edge mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality native iOS applications using Swift.
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, implement features, and perform unit testing in an agile development environment.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Diagnose and fix bugs, improve performance, and enhance the overall user experience.
• Integrate APIs to seamlessly connect mobile applications with backend systems.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality.
• Stay up to date with iOS development trends and continuously optimize development processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of proven experience in developing native iOS applications.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and iOS frameworks such as SwiftUI.
• Deep understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience developing IoT applications using wireless technologies (BLE, NFC).
• Knowledge of Android development is a plus.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs with mobile applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Bitbucket.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI).
• Proficiency in app distribution, remote configuration, and crash analysis tools (App Store Connect, Firebase, Crashlytics).
• Experience with analytics frameworks (GTM, Firebase Analytics, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Basic understanding of software architectures and design patterns (MVC, MVVM).
