Overview:

We’re seeking a highly detail‑oriented Investor Reporting Specialist who holds a CPA designation (junior level), can own reporting projects from kickoff through delivery, and act as the primary client liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as project manager for investor report production, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
2. Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide status updates, and address questions
3. Prepare, review, and deliver accurate financial and performance reports
4. Collaborate with finance, data, and operations teams to source, validate, and reconcile data
5. Maintain version control and documentation for all deliverables

Qualifications:

• Junior CPA designation required (certificate or in final stages of licensure)
• 1–4 years’ experience in investor reporting, financial analysis, or project management
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with client‑facing experience
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL or reporting tools a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)

Location:

• Must be in Texas, Florida or New York
• 1–4 years’ experience in investor reporting, financial analysis, or project management
