The Position: The Investor Relations Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the STACK Americas Investor Relations program. This role will be part of the team responsible as the primary point of contact for STACK's co-investors, joint venture partners, and both IPI and its limited partners as required. * Investor Communications / Reporting: Coordinate across departments (finance, accounting, sales, construction, etc.) to ensure accurate and timely reporting, and help investors understand the asset's performance. * Investor Tours: Lead coordination for investor market and data center tours across the STACK Americas portfolio; will periodically be required to be on-site for tours. * Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to inform development and leasing strategy, and effectively communicate strategies to investors. * Fundraising Support: Assist in fundraising activities, including preparing investor materials, populating comprehensive data rooms, and assisting with due diligence inquiries. * Other Pre / Post Transaction Activities: Assist with any requirements regarding acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, refinancings, etc. * IR Department Development: Integral contributor to building a function that is paramount to the next phase of STACK's growth. QUALIFICATIONS STACK seeks to recruit a highly motivated, self-confident, and successful individual. This individual must be a proven and dynamic contributor with an energy level and drive that motivates those around them. The successful candidate must be comfortable with supporting the creation of an investor function and be responsive and adaptable in servicing a dynamic, fast-paced, hyper-growth business. * 5+ years' work experience, preferably with previous exposure to the data center sector. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and accounting principles. * Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with significant exposure to both programs in previous professional roles. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
