Our client, a leading Private Credit and Private Equity Asset Manager, is looking for a Investment Operations Manager to join their team and work within the Private Credit investments. Our client works on a hybrid basis in downtown Boston, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support Teams: Provide operational support for investor relations, finance, and fund management teams.
• Lead Operations: Manage reconciliation for credit assets (e.g., syndicated loans, private credit, bonds, CLOs).
• Team Management: Oversee internal and external teams to ensure timely and accurate work.
• Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with brokers, counterparties, and custodians.
• Process Improvement: Enhance workflows to improve efficiency and controls.
• Problem Solving: Lead analysis and resolution of data issues.
• Staff Development: Mentor and coach team members.
• Communication: Ensure clear and open communication with management and the team.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in financial services, with management experience in Credit Operations.
• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with Bloomberg, trading platforms, and legal documents.
• Advent Geneva experience is a plus.
