Summary

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Investment & Capital Structuring

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation for infrastructure projects (e.g., transportation, energy, utilities).
  • Support PPP, BOT, and debt/equity financing transactions, ensuring optimal capital structuring.
  • Collaborate with sovereign funds, pension funds, and institutional investors to facilitate fundraising and investment opportunities.

Financial Modeling & Risk Analysis

  • Develop and maintain DCF, IRR, NPV models for infrastructure investment evaluation.
  • Perform sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo simulations to assess financial risks and project viability.
  • Optimize capital structures, debt-equity ratios, and financing strategies.

Market & Policy Insights

  • Research and analyze global infrastructure investment trends, regulatory frameworks, and ESG requirements.
  • Engage with government agencies, developers, and financial institutions to support project financing decisions.


What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Investment banking experience, preferably with exposure to infrastructure finance, project finance, or private equity.
  • Strong financial modeling & valuation skills (DCF, IRR, NPV).
  • Fluent in English, additional languages (Mandarin, French, Spanish) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for investor and project meetings.
