Responsibilities

• Develop and execute investment strategies to identify, evaluate, and acquire renewable energy projects
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence to assess the viability, risks, and returns of potential investments
• Collaborate with other financial professionals to provide comprehensive investment planning execution
• Manage relationships with stakeholders including project developers, financial institutions, government agencies, and other key partners
• Monitor the performance of renewable energy assets optimize portfolio performance and identify opportunities for growth and diversification
• Stay abreast of industry trends policy changes, and technological advancements to inform investment decisions

Qualifications

• With at least 10-15 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or renewable energy project development.
• In-depth knowledge of renewable energy project finance, including valuation methods, financial structures, and risk management.
• Familiarity with energy market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and policies related to renewable energy.
• Familiarity with cross-border mergers and acquisitions & non/semi-debt financing experience 
• Proficiency in project management, including deal structuring, negotiation, and contract management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making, proficiencies in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
