Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic investment discussions, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Develop, originate, and manage the lifecycle of new investment opportunities, strategic business ideas, and joint ventures from inception through execution.
• Perform rigorous financial analyses, comprehensive market research, and in-depth due diligence to assess the viability and alignment of investment opportunities with Dan's objectives.
• Construct and maintain advanced financial models to forecast investment outcomes, assess profitability, and analyze funding requirements.
• Drive negotiations and execute investment transactions, including preparing and finalizing term sheets and definitive agreements.
• Foster strategic relationships with internal and external partners, including JV partners and other PIF-affiliated entities, to identify and leverage collaboration opportunities.
• Regularly prepare comprehensive investment memos, presentations, and detailed reports for senior management, executive committees, and boards.
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic factors, integrating insights into strategic planning.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in investment management, private equity, or real estate development.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, investment due diligence, market analysis, and deal structuring.
• Proven success in managing negotiations and executing complex investment agreements.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, high-paced business environments.
