Position: Investment Banking Intern

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Intern to join our team. This is a rare opportunity for candidates who are passionate about finance, deal execution, and market analysis to gain real-world experience in a dynamic investment environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial modeling, valuation, and industry research
• Support deal analysis and preparation of pitch materials
• Participate in due diligence and data room management
• Prepare internal reports and market updates for senior management
• Provide ad hoc support on live transactions and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (students in final year or recent graduates welcome)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Based in Hong Kong or familiar with the local financial market
• Available for either remote work or office-based depending on schedule
