Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our remote team. You will support deal execution, financial modeling, industry research, and pitchbook creation across M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
• Prepare client presentation materials including pitch decks and IMs (Information Memorandums)
• Perform industry and company research to support live deals and business development
• Analyze financial statements and market data to identify investment opportunities
• Assist in due diligence processes and transaction execution
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across time zones

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus)
• Prior internship or full-time experience with M&A, capital markets, or deal advisory is preferred
