As we grow, we’re looking for a strong Inventory Operations Manager to oversee and refine the systems that support our product flow, warehouse operations, and fulfillment process. This person will play a pivotal role in cross-functional alignment across retail, e-commerce, and our 3PL.
Responsibilities Include:
Production & Receiving
- Manage all production deliveries to the corporate office
- Communicate daily shipping manifests and priorities to warehouse leads
Online Order Fulfillment
- Oversee timely and accurate fulfillment of all online orders (standard, overnight, BOPIS, employee gifting, promo/gifting, etc.) across 3PL and retail
- Handle order allocation, pick lists, invoicing, label creation, and CS coordination
3PL Oversight
- Submit daily orders, audit unfulfilled orders, and troubleshoot as needed
- Lead weekly meetings with 3PL team
- Provide monthly reporting on fulfillment data and warehouse metrics
- Oversee inventory transfers, ASN accuracy, and daily pickups/drop-offs
Retail Operations Support
- Onboard and train retail stock associates and managers on systems like Apparel Magic and shipping processes
- Oversee outbound orders and store-level fulfillment
- Coordinate inventory transfers, audits, and package pickups
- Manage quarterly inventory counts and discrepancy resolution
Scheduling & People Development
- Build and post staff schedules using Paylocity (2+ weeks out)
- Collaborate with HR on hiring and onboarding
- Conduct progression reviews, submit timecard corrections, and host team meetings
- Serve as team lead for discipline, development, and communication
Employee Gifting Oversight
- Process all gifting orders, manage logs, and maintain Shopify tagging system
Cross-Team Communication & Reporting
- Weekly check-ins with Director of Client Experience (DCE), Product Ops, and Client Care
- Monthly updates to key stakeholders via shared channels and canvases
Event Inventory Support (Internal & External)
- Coordinate inventory pulls and deliveries for internal events (PR, Pop-Ups) and wholesale/partner activations
Who You Are:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a process-driven mindset
- Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities across departments
- Proactive and solution-oriented — you see problems before they arise
- Experience managing fulfillment, inventory, warehouse operations, or a similar logistics role (2+ years preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Proficient in Shopify, Apparel Magic, Slack, and/or similar inventory and communication tools
