Responsibilities

Manage Inventory 2-3 Hubs
Manage the planning and execution of proactive and reactive cycle counts in compliance with the contractual service level agreement
Manage time scheduling & directly control inventory staff on day to day operations.
Working with the team to ensure the day-to-day analysis optimises the inventory position
Conduct a review of screening QA inventory ( FMCG ,Freeze and Frozen )
Implement & monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in the same and id entify all operational findings/issues in inventory
Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements

Two years of managerial level experience, ideally within commerce logistics or warehousing.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures, identifies opportunities for improvement which will improve day-to-day operations.
Leads coordination and integration of efforts among departments to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
Analyze and provide insights on the operating performance of each function, develop recommendations and provide analytical support for internal projects/initiatives.
Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with strategic partners focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
