Responsibilities

Maintain and update inventory records in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Perform regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts to identify discrepancies.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely receiving, storage, and dispatch of inventory.
Work closely with procurement to track incoming shipments and update inventory accordingly.
Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to support decision-making.
Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend action plans.
Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and organization of inventory in storage.
Assist in investigating and resolving inventory-related issues or discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management.

Requirements

Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in an e-grocery or FMCG industry.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock movement processes.
Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
Understanding of demand forecasting and supply chain principles.
Knowledge of perishable goods inventory management.
