The Purpose: The inventory stock controller is Responsible for the administrative side of the warehouse / stock control within an excel based inventory system. The Job: Input of daily movements of stock in and out the warehouse. Input of new stock as inventory is purchased Tracking of damaged / repaired items. Implement and track regular cycle counts working closely with the warehouse manager to ensure stock levels are correct. Verify receipt of consumable deliveries with the project team. Evaluate current systems and assist in implementation of improvements working with the operations team. Design a quality control process for ensuring materials are maintained in full working condition. Review upcoming projects and highlight forecasted shortages. The Person: Proactive and show initiative Experience of working in busy, high-pressure environments. Excellent oral and written communication skills Skilled in Excel with knowledge of formulas and macros.
