Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management & Accuracy – Oversee inventory control by scheduling cycle counts, verifying product counts, and researching discrepancies to ensure accuracy and availability across multiple locations. Maintain detailed audit trails and recommend corrective actions for inventory losses.
  • Shipping, Receiving & Procurement – Pick, pack, and ship items daily while ensuring proper storage and organization of supplies and equipment. Place vendor orders using proper procedures and recommend reorder quantities to support operational efficiency.
  • Customer Service & Compliance – Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients, vendors, and internal teams. Maintain compliance with OSHA, accreditation standards, and corporate policies while demonstrating initiative to improve quality and service.

Qualifications

  • High School or Vocational School graduate or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
