**Job Title:** Inventory Associate **Location:** Menomonee Falls, WI **Pay:** $16.00/hour **Shift:** 1st Shift **Type:** Temp-to-Hire **Job Summary:** We're hiring a dependable Inventory Associate to support daily inventory operations in a warehouse setting. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to grow with a stable company. **Responsibilities:** + Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits + Track, record, and reconcile inventory discrepancies + Organize and label materials and products + Assist with shipping/receiving and stock movement + Use scanners and basic computer systems for inventory tracking + Maintain a clean and organized work area **Requirements:** + Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred + Basic computer/data entry skills + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift + Reliable and punctual **Benefits Upon Hire:** + Eligible for full-time hire based on performance and attendance + Growth opportunities within the company. **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
