Pay Rate: $28.50 per hour

Schedule: Fully onsite, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm

POSITION SUMMARY:

To achieve inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and physical counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, maintain the accuracy of physical inventories including the empty dunnage to support manufacturing. To assist in maintaining inventory reorder points to a manageable level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the inventory accuracy of the warehouse and facility.
• Conduct and document inventory counts and discrepancies, analyzing inventory data to enhance efficiency, and placing inventory orders to ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Maintain Shelf life of product (FIFO), ensure material nearing expiry is flagged and correct measures are taken to coordinate testing.
• Identify, Manage, and control excess/obsolete inventory. Generate reports on inventory that is slow moving, look at historical data to understand obsolete inventory and work with planning team to understand demand.
• Maintain stock levels of dunnage by conducting counts and coordinating with supplier/planning teams for replenishment
• Analyze negative inventory in IFS, generate reports on findings and recommend solutions to avoid recurrence.
  
  

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• College Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proven experience in using inventory management software or other ERP systems
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and inventory control processes.
• Experience with stock forecasting, demand planning, or procurement is a plus.
• Strong understanding of inventory control systems, procedures, and best practices.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data to make informed decisions on inventory levels
• Knowledge of supply chain principles, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
