We are looking for a skilled and proactive Systems Engineer to provide technical support focused on Microsoft 365 (M365) services and End User Computing (EUC). The role involves analyzing and resolving technical incidents and service requests, as well as handling escalated issues to ensure positive business outcomes.
You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including major incident management, problem and change management, service/process improvements, customer onboarding/offboarding, reporting, Windows OS and M365 application support, software/hardware installations, documentation maintenance, and EUC-related projects especially those involving M365.
