Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Conduct environment review and cleanup. Collaborate with stakeholders and experts from device management, security, and network teams. Understand and manage change processes. Document processes and solutions. Certify the solution being built. Specific Tasks Establish Intune device compliance partnership with SOTI to enable O365 access on SOTI-managed devices. Enable shared device access and BYOD policy co-existence for Store Manager Users. Manage a shared Intune environment for various devices (corporate iPhones, Windows devices, Microsoft Teams Room, other Android devices from Supply Chain). Skills and Requirements Skills and Experience Required 7-10 years of experience Communication: Excellent communication skills for working with large project teams and stakeholders. Proactive and Self-Starter: Ability to follow processes and take initiative. Experience: Intune: At least 5 years of experience, expert level. Other MDM Solutions: Experience with SOTI, Workspace ONE, AirWatch. Android Devices: Extensive experience managing Android devices, including zero-touch enrollment. Okta: Understanding of Okta integration technology. Lookout for Work: Familiarity with this security solution. Zebra Devices: Experience with Zebra TC52 devices. BYOD Policy: Experience with BYOD policy and device compliance partnership co-existence. Conditional Access Policies: Knowledge of implementing and managing conditional access policies.
