Intern/Trainee Project Manager (f/m/d) Translation/Travel (Ger/Eng) - Berlin

Your responsibilities

• Further expansion of our Translate & Travel agency, more specific in the project management of translation and travel assignments for international clients
• Finding suppliers providing translation and travel services
• Acquisition of new customers
• Reviewing applications for expanding the network
• Monitoring quality, delivery deadlines and supplier invoices related to our projects
• Briefing communication and cooperation with project managers and client advisors
• Preparing quotations for clients
• Successful delivery of projects, including customer support (national/international)

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree in economics/linguistics/tourism and have already gained experience in the sector
• You are enthusiastic about the topic of travel and translation
• You have initial professional experience in project management, project costing and quality assurance in a Company
• You have a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking and are conclusion-oriented
• You have a strong understanding of purchasing processes and are skilled in negotiating terms and conditions
• You are communicative and show initiative
• Proficiency in German and English, both oral and writing, as well as in Microsoft Office programmes (especially Excel)
