Our paid summer internship offers students and recent grads a hands-on experience across our core disciplines.

This isn’t busywork — you’ll contribute to client initiatives, internal projects, and team collaboration while learning alongside some of the most curious minds in the industry.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be placed in one of our core departments based on your skills and interests. Alongside a dedicated mentor, you’ll gain exposure to real-world marketing transformation:

• Marketing Services: Support strategy, campaign development, creative execution, and customer experience.
• Data Science & Strategy: Collaborate on research, analytics, and insight-driven marketing strategies.
• Product & Innovation: Explore emerging technologies and help build scalable platforms and tools.
• Client Services & Growth: Get hands-on with project management, client communication, and growth strategy.
• Consulting Services: Tackle complex client challenges in industries like healthcare, finance, and retail.
• People Strategy: Assist with talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people operations.
• Finance & Operations: Learn the business side—budgeting, systems, and financial process support.

What We’re Looking For

• Curious, collaborative, and ready to learn
• Interested in marketing, strategy, business, or technology
• Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university or bring relevant experience and a clear passion for the field, regardless of formal education
• Available to work 15–25 hours/week from June through August
• Must be based in Illinois and able to work in-person from our Chicago office at least 2 days per week as part of a hybrid schedule

Hourly rate: $15

Location: Chicago, IL | Hybrid (in-office required) | June–August | 15–25 hrs/week | Paid
