You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn best practices, and work with a dynamic, international team to help deliver top-tier digital experiences to our customers.

Internship Description

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to learn how to:

  • Support the development, implementation, testing, and launch of customer experience surveys based on Voice of the Customer (VoC) best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand how to manage and communicate a technology that balances both tactical and strategic business need
  • Transform VoC data in Qualtrics into valuable business insights that contribute to shaping strategies for delivering top-tier digital customer experiences
  • Analyze complex business problems by breaking them down into key components and exploring practical solutions
  • Monitor key technology performance metrics and use data to identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Assist in designing and delivering technical training materials for Customer Experience tools
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this internship if you:

  • Are currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Management, or a related field
  • Are graduating in the summer of 2026
  • Are eager to learn how to collect, analyze, and visualize data using tools such as SQL and Tableau
  • Are curious about report automation and data storytelling (experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new things
  • Enjoy solving puzzles and finding insights from unstructured data
  • Are interested in developing a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Want to improve your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Are open to challenges and enjoy working on real business problems
  • Have strong communication skills and are excited to collaborate with others
  • Are motivated to work with a cross-functional and international team
  • Have a high level of English proficiency
