Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Internet Sales Manager located in Fort Worth, TX. The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for managing internet sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication within the sales team. Prioritize lead response time, quality of response, and closing ratio. This is an intercut part of our business, this candidate will follow the process of scheduling appointments and handing off to sales person. Must be able to build repour with client, and be 100% honest with the highest level of integrity. May involve working from home on occasion and weekends.
Must be able to answer inbound leads and respond by phone, text and email within a time guideline that reflects market avg.
