Requirements: Iron & Steel Company. General Requirements 1. University degree or above required with major in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. 2. MBA would be a plus. Experience/ability requirements 1. Follow direction, procedure, instruction honestly and clearly report the true situation. 2. Must be fluent in oral and written English. 3. Must be able to travel as required and have experience in international travel. 4. Must have at least 10 years of experience in Sales and minimum 5 years in international Sales. Should have visited countries in Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Africa Should have sold engineering capital equipment. Analyzing sales and determining sectors and new customers to develop Analyzing potential sales for different regions/countries and developing marketing plan accordingly Coordination with Factory for smooth execution of orders 5. Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to make organized reports and presentations. 6. Organized and capable of using Excel to track and report marketing results and performance. 7. Strong communication skills. 8. Able to take instructions well and implement strategy. Job Descriptions 1. Lead International Sales 2. Report directly to Managing Director located in Mumbai. 3.
