We are seeking an Officer / Intern in Sales & Marketing - USA to join our client place based at New Delhi. This role requires expertise in managing Sales & Marketing operations of USA Market. The position is based in New Delhi and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company in the FMCG industry.


A successful Sales & Marketing officer/Intern must have great enthusiasm for all things about Sales & marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures.

The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and optimize the company’s Sales & Marketing operations, including inventory management, distribution..
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
  • Contribute in the implementation of Sales & Marketing strategies across Northern USA Market.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and enhance brand visibility across Northern USA Market.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless Sales & Marketing operations.
  • Analyze market trends and data to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all logistical and marketing activities.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in logistics and marketing processes.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing operations.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
