A leading Global Beauty Group are seeking for a International Communication Project Manager (Temporary) to be based in headquarters in Paris.
He/she will define and follow the communication & influence strategy, guidelines and activations in link with the DNA / values of each brand and will be in charge of multi brands
BRAND STRATEGY in collaboration with the International Communication Director:
- Define the PR, Event & Influence strategy according to the global strategy and marketing plan of each brand. - Develop the annual RP and Influence plan and budget - Follow and respect the budget
CONTENT & TOOLS
- Create and deliver all the Tool kits on time
- Develop PR & Influencers tools: press release, Q&A, translation, seeding - Management of the influencer’s activations & PR for key launches for the French market - Select and brief the creation, influence, PR and event agencies - Create and consolidate the PR & Influence analysis & reports from the countries - Select and brief the agencies
COORDINATION - Work closely with the trade marketing teams and distributors to coordinate, follow and validate the local Com initiatives and implementations of the tool kits in link with the DNA & values of each brand - Work closely with the Marketing Dev and Digital team to guarantee the consistency of the strategy and tools - Collect and share best practices, reports benchmark and analysis

• Good knowledge of luxury codes
Recquirements:
• Business or Communication school
• 5 years’ experience in communication, pr, events and influence
• Experience in agency is a plus
• A 1ST experience in a luxury or premium Maison and in the fragrances, is a plus
• English Advanced This position will report to the Global Communication Director
