Job Description :

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Business Development Manager – with core experience pertaining to IT Sales (services) to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply effective sales strategies. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. The incumbent will be responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. The incumbent must coordinate with the other company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:-

KEY RESULT AREAS:

1.Lead identification process.

2.Sales process initiation & monitoring and automation.

3.Coaching sales professionals.

4.Opportunity identification

5.Business avenue planning & generation

6.Business process definition & framing

7.Business closure. Responsible for Negotiating deals.

8.Geography level penetration plans

9.Proficient in Business tools identification like LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Must).

10.Marketing automation

11.Revenue generation

Minimum Requirement:

1. Graduate in any discipline a must.

2. 8-10 years’ experience in IT Service Sales (Web development, Mobile App Development)

3. Should have good understanding of Offshore markets

4. Excellent written skills and ability to communicate well with clients from various geographies.
