DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

As part of the Digital Business Solutions department, the ERP team plays a critical role in optimizing key business processes across HR, Finance, Logistics, and Procurement. The team is composed of experienced project managers, functional analysts, and developers working together to deliver integrated IT solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Functional/Technical Analyst SAP MM & WM, you will:

• Act as the single point of contact for all functional and technical matters concerning SAP MM & WM
• Lead the analysis and estimation of change requests, assessing workload and potential impact
• Evaluate multiple solution approaches, ensuring optimal alignment with business requirements
• Ensure the continuity and long-term sustainability of implemented solutions
• Execute configuration and development tasks based on approved functional specifications
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure knowledge transfer across the team
• Develop test plans, monitor test execution, and oversee quality assurance and deployment activities
• Manage incident resolution and problem-solving for SAP MM & WM-related issues

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in IT, business, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a functional SAP MM & WM analyst
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP WM – strong understanding of warehouse structures, inventory management, and logistics execution
• Exposure to ABAP, SAP Fiori, and S/4HANA is a significant asset
• Prior experience managing small teams or leading SAP WM initiatives is highly desirable
• Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of handling multiple priorities
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to simplify complex topics
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with working knowledge of technical English
• Familiarity with utilities or infrastructure sectors is an advantage
