Title: Internal Controls Manager

Salary: £90,000 + bonus & benefits

Venator Search are partnered with a leading U.S listed Financial Services Broker and assisting them in their search for an Internal Controls Manager. You will join a fast paced and growing organisation and assist in the implementation of the Group's internal control framework as well as embedding a culture of strong risk and control management across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Support the teams ongoing management of the Group Internal Control Framework
• Assist in the implementation of second line controls testing across the Group.
• Identify and raise awareness of emerging risk and control needs.
• Business Partner will local Finance teams to embed an Internal Controls environment
• Identify external market changes that impact the risk and control environment
• Ad hoc Group wide Finance Risk projects

Experience

• Qualified Accountant (ACA)
• Previous experience in risk, controls or audit (Big Four)
• Knowledge of regulatory and financial market control frameworks e.g. COSO, US SOX
• Language skills: French, German, Spanish (nice to have)
