Robert Half is partnering with a leading global technology company in search of a Senior Internal Communications Manager to support internal employee engagement across a high-impact, innovation-driven business unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned communications professional with a passion for strategic storytelling, large-scale event execution, and employee culture building.

Pay Rate: $43-48/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
Position Overview:
In this role, you'll lead employee Town Halls, executive roundtables, and internal campaigns that connect employees to company goals, enhance morale, and drive internal advocacy. You'll collaborate closely with business leaders, writers, and designers to deliver consistent, high-quality messaging that resonates across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of company-wide Town Halls, executive Q&As, and other high-visibility internal events.
- Develop and implement creative internal campaigns that inform, inspire, and activate employees to become brand ambassadors.
- Shape internal narratives and content that reflect company strategy, mission, and values.
- Manage internal communication channels such as the employee intranet, newsletters, and email platforms, ensuring timely, relevant, and engaging content.
- Build and maintain editorial calendars and detailed workback schedules, driving collaboration across internal stakeholders.
- Track and analyze key communication KPIs (e.g., event attendance, content engagement, employee sentiment) to continuously optimize strategy and execution.
- Support employee recognition and culture programs that celebrate milestones and promote a strong sense of community.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
- Proven expertise managing employee Town Halls and other enterprise-scale internal events.
- Strong portfolio of internal storytelling and communications that positively influenced employee sentiment and engagement.
- Experience developing and executing internal campaigns that drive alignment and cultural impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience building and driving execution against a detailed communications plan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in large, fast-paced organizations, ideally within the tech or innovation sector.
- Familiarity with internal communications tools and content platforms such as SharePoint, Poppulo, or similar.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a deadline-driven environment.
