Vouch is partnering with a global MNC in hiring an Internal Audit Manager to drive audit excellence, risk management, and process improvements. The role will leverage data analytics, enhance governance frameworks, and provide strategic insights to strengthen internal controls across international business units.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive audit programs to assess business processes, financial controls, and operational risks across global business units.
• Drive data analytics adoption in audits, leveraging tools such as ACL, Python, and Power BI to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Lead special projects, including risk assessments, process automation initiatives, and advisory engagements to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement enhancements in governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
• Stay updated on emerging risks, industry regulations, and best practices to continuously refine audit methodologies and provide strategic insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• 7 years of audit experience in a multinational organization, with Big 4 experience as an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools (ACL, Galvanize Highbond, Python, PowerBI).
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or maritime industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present findings effectively.
