Job Description:

• Strictly adhere and uphold to the Rules of Conduct under the Code of Ethics as prescribed in the Global Internal Audit Standards.
• Responsible to assist the Asst. General Manager and Manager in carrying out internal audit review in accordance with the approved internal audit plan.
• Assist the Asst. General Manager and Manager to prepare the audit working papers for planning, of which including but not limited to the terms of reference, audit program/ checklist, setting up a complete audit file with all other necessary documents in the audit folder.
• Assist to prepare the auditable process flow to establish better understanding on the work processes/ practices of auditable area.
• Prepare required working papers showing the result of the audit examination which are supported with adequate evidence and meet the standard prescribed with the guidance of the Asst. General Manager and Manager.
• Assist the Asst. General Manager and Manager to prepare presentation slides of the audit findings to Management during exit meetings.
• Assist to develop individual audit findings and draft audit report per requirements /guidelines supported by evidence and propose audit recommendation for submission to the Asst. General Manager and Manager.
• Conduct follow-up reviews based on the audit status, to ascertain that Management takes appropriate actions on reported audit findings with the guidance of the Asst. General Manager/ Manager.
• Prepare the follow up related working paper, reports and all other relevant documents with the guidance of the Asst. General Manager and Manager.
• Assist to perform special review/ investigation or consulting services as and when advised by the Head/ Asst. General Manager.
• Assist to upload, maintain and update all the necessary documents in the audit server (soft copy) in orderly fashion for review by the Asst. General Manager/ Manager/ Head.
• Perform other administrative works as instructed by the Head, Asst. General Manager and Manager.

Requirements:

• Pursuing degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business majoring in Audit/ Finance
• Positive attitude to learn
