Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Audit Associate located in Metro Manila. The Internal Audit Associate will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing audit reports, and analyzing financial data to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company policies and regulations. The position requires effective communication skills to coordinate with various departments and report findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing Audit Reports and conducting Financial Audits
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CPA or CIA are advantageous
