We are looking for a "Internal Audit Assistant Manager" to contribute to our company's growth journey.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from universities, preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Management Engineering,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in process auditing within companies operating in the retail and manufacturing sectors,
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and International Internal Audit Standards,
• Advanced proficiency in English,
• Advanced use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Skilled in reporting and task management, analytical thinking, research-oriented, solution, and result-focused,
• Team player, dynamic, and constantly improving,
• Residing in or able to reside in Tekirdağ, Lüleburgaz, Kırklareli, Çorlu and Çerkezköy.

Job Description

• Conduct risk-based operational, process, and financial audits across, production facilities in line with the audit plan,
• Analyze data collected during audit activities, document findings, and prepare audit reports,
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to relevant departments, follow up on actions, and contribute to the improvement of processes,
• Assess and enhance the accuracy and reliability of internal practices, the effectiveness of internal control, and risk management systems,
• Participate in review and investigation tasks as requested by the Board of Directors and Senior Management, ensuring work is conducted in accordance with the principles of objectivity and independence.
