Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Develop automation scripts and workflows using Python and AI tools to enhance IT operations and business processes. * Leverage open-source technologies to build scalable automation solutions for system engineering tasks. * Use AI tools to develop integrations for predictive analysis and intelligent decision-making in IT workflows. * Assist in automating infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting using modern DevOps tools. * Integrate automation with business applications to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks. * Work with APIs, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for automation. * Document automation workflows and provide knowledge-sharing sessions for the team. Education & Experience * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology Skills * Proficiency in Python and scripting for automation. * Experience with AI tools, machine learning frameworks, or automation libraries and SDKs for integration. * Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of Cloud computing (AWS), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and APIs. * Hands-on experience with open-source technologies and version control systems like Git. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement scalable automation solutions. Working Conditions * Onsite work Physical Requirements * May be required to sit at a desk for extended periods of time, working on a computer or troubleshooting hardware or software.
