Join us and become part of the MCA family, where we prioritize both work and enjoyment.** **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:** + Assist in developing and maintaining HR reporting and analytics dashboards using HRIS and other data visualization tools. + Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for strategic decision-making within the HR department. + Support the administration and configuration of HRIS systems, including data entry, troubleshooting, and user support. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements or process improvements. + Assist in the creation and documentation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. + Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. + Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials and resources for HR systems and processes. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR operations, reporting, and data analytics. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:** + Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. + Familiarity with HRIS systems and database management. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. + Prior internship or work experience in HR operations, reporting, or system administration is a plus. **YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** + This internship primarily involves office-based work, with occasional remote work opportunities. + Interns may be required to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic HR environment. + While performing the duties of this internship, the intern is required to frequently sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle objects or controls. + Interns must have the ability to utilize computer equipment and peripherals, including keyboards, monitors, and telephones. + Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds may be required for tasks such as moving equipment or supplies. + The intern may occasionally need to position themselves to maintain computers or other equipment as needed. + Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. **TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:** Some travel may be required from time to time.
