About this opportunity:

As a Wireless Software Assistant, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for setting up testing environments, product development, test execution, asset and equipment management, and test line planning and management. Our work emphasizes lean and agile methodologies. Continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing are part of daily work in our cross-functional development teams.

What you will do:

As a Wireless Software Assistant in Ericsson China Wireless Products, your responsibilities include:

• Participating in product development and test execution
• Assisting in asset management and consumable management
• Involvement in laboratory planning and management
• Performing troubleshooting and customer support
• Driving continuous improvement of products and processes
• Developing competencies in technical areas
  
  

The skills you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, communications, computer science, or related information technology fields
• Over 2 years of experience in embedded system software design
• Excellent C/C++ programming skills; Java skills are a plus
• Familiarity with mobile networks and wireless access network aspects in LTE & 5G specifications is a plus
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and GIT tools
• Multi-core processor programming capability
• Knowledge of baseband and RF in wireless products is a plus
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations
