We streamline and automate business processes with API and RPA technologies to improve efficiency, minimize errors, and optimize resource allocation.

We are looking for an individual with an open mind and strong analytical thinking skills to identify/discover and analyze business processes. This person should be proactive in seeking improvements, approach problem-solving with a solutions-oriented mindset, and possess a natural curiosity to uncover inefficiencies in ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

  • analyzing the current process
  • proposing the to-be process
  • preparing the flows in Power Automate
  • preparing the documentation in Confluence
  • maintaining the existing automations


Qualifications


Required Qualifications

  • Experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Process Improvement and Automation in Operations.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of working with data, driving analytics and reporting.
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail and delivery to timelines.
  • Conceptual knowledge of order management processes , ideally gained in a Retail or Banking product environment.
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills.
  • Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Teams


Nice to have:

  • Experience in Power Automate or other solutions (Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Nice etc.)
