Key Responsibilities

Support in research and content development

• Assist in conducting research and analyzing data from various sources to support ongoing projects and initiatives;
• Assist in developing and drafting content for reports, presentations and other project-related documentations;
• Assist in data analysis to extract meaningful insights and trends that can inform project strategies and decisions; and
• Assist in coordinating the promotion and communications execution to ensure timely publication

Support in administrative tasks

• Assist in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in the project teams (C&M Sector Impact Study and ASEAN 5G Skills Framework);
• Assist in developing relevant documentation such as meeting minutes, info pack to ensure smooth meeting;
• Provide general administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, organizing files and maintaining records; and
• Assist in creating branding and marketing content using Canva

Assist with Programme implementation

• Support the implementation of various initiatives; and
• Participate in workshop and exhibitions to promote the departments' initiatives

Qualifications/Courses/Studies Background

• Bachelor's Degree (ongoing) in Law/Economy/Political Science or any related field;
• Strong research skills would be an added advantage
