Responsibilities:
· Collaborates with the respective Country Manager and team member(s) responsible for Brand and/or PR to carry out the overall Branding and Communications plans for assigned market.
· Assists the Regional Head of Branding and PR to manage media, creative, PR, social media, influencers, local country websites, transcreation and other appointed vendors to support UPI South East Asia and South Asia.
· Participate and implement HQ-led initiatives in the region.
· Supervises agencies to write and/or writes press releases, management speeches, media invites, social media postings, blog posts and other external communications.
· Assist to provide inputs for weekly/event reports to Regional GMs and HQ.
· Monitors and keep track of competitors’ branding initiatives in the region.
· Processes payments and agreements of projects related to Brand and PR initiatives in South East Asia and South Asia.
Academic qualifications:
· Minimum in 2nd year of Degree program, preferably in advertising/marketing/communication.
Skills:
· Able to write/create Press Releases, Management Speeches, Media Invites, Social Media Postings, Blog Posts and other external communications.
· Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Powerpoint.

· Willing to go for field visits within the Klang Valley (airport/shopping malls/tourist areas) occasionally to check on competitor activities and merchant acceptance.
Language capabilities:
Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
