THE ROLE

We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. Legends and ASM are committed to nurturing rising junior and senior year college students with interest in a career in sports and entertainment, by providing internship opportunities that will mentor you the “Legendary Way.” This including providing opportunities for students to learn and grow professionally while stimulating their excitement for Legends and the industry. These various opportunities will be in Texas, California, New York, Colorado, Chicago, and Remote.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist the Partnerships team in preparing and refining sales presentations and partnership pitch materials
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and evaluate potential brand partners across various industries
  • Support the creation, formatting, and organization of client-facing decks and internal presentations
  • Collaborate with sellers to ensure seamless execution of outreach strategies and campaign follow-ups
  • Maintain and update client information, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and team alignment
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to contribute fresh ideas and insights to partnership initiatives
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Global Partnerships team as needed.

Education / Experience

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in brand partnerships, sales, and the sports and entertainment industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.

Skills And Abilities

  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Attention to accuracy and detail required.

Compensation

$18 - $20 Per Hour

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: On Site/Hybrid (Frisco, TX, Chicago, IL, New York, NY, Culver City, CA)
