Intern (m/f/d) Customer Relationship Management

Your Tasks

• Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to understand their requirements and configure Salesforce to meet their needs
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and other system improvements within Salesforce
• Support data cleansing and data management efforts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Salesforce database
• Help design and generate reports and dashboards using Salesforce to provide insights into sales performance and customer trends
• Aid in the implementation and integration of third-party applications with Salesforce to enhance its functionality
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, providing recommendations for optimization
• Offer general administrative support to the CRM team as needed, utilizing Salesforce's user-friendly interface
  
  

Your Qualifications

• A masters/bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
• Strong interest in CRM systems, Salesforce, and the technology industry
• Solid understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management concepts
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Fluent oral and written English skills (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
