Job Overview

An Internship with Acrotech Biopharma Inc. is a valuable learning opportunity through training, shadowing, and mentoring with a team of experienced professionals. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment. You will participate in development meetings, a variety of networking and mentoring events. As an intern, you will have real responsibilities and work alongside expert and innovative industry professionals.

The Marketing Internship at Acrotech will allow students to get practical experience with the marketing process in a bio-pharmaceutical company. They will support key projects that will give hands on experience on how Marketing works with other functions such as Sales, Commercial Operations, Training, Medical, Regulatory, and Compliance to develop marketing strategies and tactics to drive brand growth. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Intern is to support the current promotion of Beleodaq and the development and creation of marketing strategy and tactics for the launch of Ryzneuta.

This is a summer internship located onsite in East Windsor, New Jersey.

This position requires the ability to work onsite for a minimum of four days per week.

Start date is early June. This is an 8-10 week program.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Product Manager to support congress planning for Beleodaq and Ryzneuta; help developing the strategy and executing the plan.
  • Assist Ryzneuta launch team by managing and updating the launch tracker and ensure cross-functional team is on task.
  • Apply insights gained from market research to develop appropriate messaging and tactics for the Ryzneuta launch.
  • Help evaluate omni-channel proposals and provide recommendations to the Beleodaq cross-functional team.
  • Analyze claims and other data to help optimize the identification of patient opportunities.
  • Support Product Manager in preparing marketing materials for submission into the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) for approval.
  • Assist with budget management by routing contracts for projects through finance and legal
  • Additional potential projects as assigned

Qualifications - Skills & Requirements

  • Strong drive to complete goals, achieve results, and has high intellectual curiosity
  • Demonstrated leadership through either previous work experience, academic or extracurricular activities, and/or community projects with a history of completing projects in both team and individual situations
  • Ability to work independently on projects while keeping team informed of progress
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A strong interest in Marketing and understanding the pharmaceutical business
  • Ability to work on-site in East Windsor, NJ with a hybrid schedule that includes up to 4 days a week in the office

Education & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program
  • Current GPA of 3.0 or above
