The IT Infrastructure Summer Intern – NJ is a technical role within IT Infrastructure. This position is primarily a hands-on role and is responsible for assisting the IT Infrastructure Team in the configuration, operation, and maintenance of hardware, software applications/systems, and related infrastructure within ConnectiveRx. This position will also help with IT projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist the existing IT Infrastructure Team in providing day-to-day IT Support work for all ConnectiveRx personnel. This work includes troubleshooting and resolving issues for a wide variety of computer hardware and software applications/systems, as well as performing junior systems administration duties for many different IT systems
• Assist the existing IT Infrastructure Team with IT projects & special initiatives. Key 2025 projects include:
• Windows 11 deployment
• Annual refresh of laptops for existing ConnectiveRx personnel.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong general desktop support knowledge (Lenovo & Dell laptops and desktops with Windows 10;); good audio/visual support knowledge, basic networking support knowledge.
• Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and fix broad-ranging Tier 1 & 2 desktop support problems; ability to provide junior-level systems administration functions for a wide variety of software systems; ability to help perform ongoing support for new IT systems and processes.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Undergraduate college student working towards a 4-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT/IST, or comparable program
• Strong written and verbal communications; attention to detail; strong organization skills; ability to manage multiple priorities well; calm and courteous under pressure
