Join our Growth Hacking Team as a Data & Analytics Intern and play a key role in shaping how we upsell, retain, and win-back customers. You'll work alongside data analysts, campaign managers, and business product teams to turn numbers into actionable insights and initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and product usage
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making
• Support A/B testing and data-driven experiments
• Dig into data to identify growth opportunities and key trends

Qualifications

• Business Analytics, statistics, computer science related degree preferred
• Ability to work with SQL and Tableau
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge in using MS package.
• Excellent Verbal & Written communication capabilities in English & Sinhala
