As a KFI summer intern with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about our company, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on client projects as part of a team, and you will get to learn from solution and industry experts throughout the program through on-the job and structured learning sessions.


You will also have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with peers taking part in Korn Ferry’s Intern program in other international offices.

This is a hybrid Internship program and there will be an expectation for all Interns to be able to get to the Amsterdam office at least three days per week.


If you do well, you may be offered an opportunity to join our Emerging Talent program.

To be eligible for the Korn Ferry KFI Internship:


  • You must be a Masters student who will be completing their studies and be available for full time employment in 2025.
  • You must speak English and preferably Dutch on a professional level
  • Korn Ferry is not able to sponsor applicants for these roles, so please note that you must have full authorization to work permanently in the EU.
  • We look for a diverse range of skills and experience and are interested in candidates who are actively involved in extracurricular activities whilst successfully balancing academic study.
  • You should be naturally curious and keen to use your analytical, problem-solving skills to generate creative solutions to client challenges.
  • OSP Intern: Support in creating Organization Success Profiles looking at outcome measures of for strategic priorities like innovation or expansion and growth.
  • Focus of curating/collecting/cleaning external outcome and performance metrics to define what good orgs for this OSP look like.
  • Focus on a particular KF dataset (e.g. pay, or engagement) to analyze the relationships between our data and those external metrics.
  • Work with backend systems and APIs to collect and consolidate data.
  • Develop scripts or tools to automate the generation and delivery of reports.
  • Assist in building and optimizing data pipelines for efficient data flow between systems.
  • Clean, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and others to meet reporting and data integration needs.
  • Help monitor data processes and troubleshoot issues related to data collection or reporting automation.
  • Document workflows, automation processes, and data sources for future reference and scalability.
